Eubalaena australis - Southern Right Whale

Southern Right Whales are baleen whales that grow to more than 15m long. They are usually black with a strongly curved jaw, and areas of raised whitish skin around the head, which are often colonised by cyamids (Family Cyamidae), a type of amphipod related to the skeleton shrimp and given the common name "Whale Lice".
