A Smooth Toadfish, partially buried in the sand
This small puffer fish is found in a variety of shallow water locations, from reefs to sandy substrates, where they often lie partly buried in the sand. They are easily recognisable by their yellowish colouration with dark spots, along with reddish tail and eyes.
