Habitat: Unknown (observed shell occupied by Pagurixus handrecki on jetty pylon)

Depth: Subtidal

This species of auger snail has a long narrow shell, with slightly convex ribbed whorls featuring a distinct subsutural band. In life it is usually pale orange, through to bright orange and brown.
